This one-bowl wonder is rich with ripe bananas, kissed with maple sugar, and packed with cozy spices and crunchy nuts. It’s a go to favorite in our house especially with a pat of butter while it’s still warm from the oven! Ingredients: • 3 ripe bananas, mashed • ½ cup butter, melted • 2 tbsp maple sugar (stirred into the melted butter) • ½ cup cane sugar (or sugar of choice) • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup milk • 1½ tsp vanilla extract (or measure with your heart) • 2 cups fresh milled flour (soft wheat, spelt, or einkorn work beautifully) • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp cinnamon • ¼ tsp nutmeg • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans are our go-to) Instructions: 1.
